DIRECT DEPOSIT OF NET PAY

All employees are required to have their net pay automatically deposited into their bank or other financial institution. 

Changes to your bank account and direct deposit information can be made online (see instructions below). You may set up multiple accounts (up to ten) and have a portion of your paycheck deposited into each one if you wish.

If you were hired on or after January 01, 2003…
...then your Seniority date is the first of the month in which you were hired as a Benefited Employee.

If you were hired prior to January 01, 2003…

331.8 - Corrective and Adverse Actions; Grievance Procedure; and Problem Solving Process

PURPOSE:   This Policy is intended to provide means for addressing and resolving issues arising out of employee performance or conduct.

SCOPE:   This Policy and Procedure applies to all employees (reference C) of Larimer County and employees of the Office of the District Attorney, Eighth Judicial District, with the exception of employees of the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.

RESPONSIBILITY:   The Human Resources Director administers this Policy.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:  None

331.7.03 - Workforce Restructuring: Reorganization, Reduction in Hours, Furlough, Layoff, and Job Changes

PURPOSE: To establish consistent and defined policies for changes in the County's workforce (reference A).  A Decision Maker has the option to do one or more of the following: Reorganization, Reduction in Hours, Furlough, Layoff, or Job Changes.

SCOPE: This Policy and Procedure applies to all employees of Larimer County and employees of the Office of the District Attorney, Eighth Judicial District, with the exception of employees of the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.

331.7 - Separation from County Service

PURPOSE: To establish processes for certain employee separations from County service (reference A).

SCOPE: This Policy and Procedure applies to all employees of Larimer County and employees of the Office of the District Attorney, Eighth Judicial District, with the exception of employees of Larimer County Sheriff's Office pursuant to Larimer County Policy BCC P# 15A (reference B).

RESPONSIBILITY: The Human Resources Director administers this policy.

331.6.24 - Family and Medical Leave

PURPOSE:   This Policy and Procedure is intended to aid Larimer County in complying with the Family and Medical Leave Act (reference A)

SCOPE:   This Policy and Procedure applies to all employees (reference C) of Larimer County and employees of the Office of the District Attorney, Eighth Judicial District, with the exception of Elected Officials.

RESPONSIBILITY:   The Human Resources Director administers this Policy. 

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:   None

331.5 - Compensation

PURPOSE: This Policy is intended to describe how the County will conduct compensation administration and related issues (reference G).

SCOPE: This Policy and Procedure applies to all employees of Larimer County and employees of the Office of the District Attorney, Eighth Judicial District.

RESPONSIBILITY: The Human Resources Director administers this Policy.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

331.4 Conditions of Employment

PURPOSE:  To provide employees with information regarding their primary conditions of employment, so that each employee can make his or her best effort to perform the duties of the job assigned and to abide by the personnel policies and procedures of the County.

SCOPE:  This Policy and Procedure applies to all employees (references F and G) of Larimer County and employees of the Office of the District Attorney, Eighth Judicial District, with the exception of employees of the Larimer County Sheriff's Office (see Section IX, A).
