On 06/12/2018, the Larimer County Coroner's Office responded to the intersection of Highway 34 and Goodwine Lane to investigate the death of a male who was involved in a motor vehicle crash.  The decedent was identified as Bryan K. Wells Jr., age 26, of Loveland, CO.  A forensic autopsy was performed by Larimer County Coroner James A. Wilkerson IV, M.D. on 06/13/2018.  This autopsy revealed that the cause of death is Multiple Blunt Force Injuries and the manner of death is Accident.  No other information will be released.

The identification of a Loveland teenager who died after being stuck by a vehicle near the 4000 block of N Wilson Ave, on 06/08/18, was confirmed at autopsy today by the Larimer County Coroner's Office. 

Gavin Myers, age 13, died of Multiple Blunt Force Injuries. 

The Manner of Death is Accident. 

No further information will be released by our office.

Commissioner Gaiter provided an opportunity for voters to get to know the candidates for his Commissioner District 1 seat that will be open in November. The candidates experienced the diversity of this large district that spans the northern portion of the county, from the city of Fort Collins to the mountain community of Red Feather Lakes area.
