Regulation of Radon Professionals - Effective July 1, 2022
In July of 2021, Governor Polis signed HB21-1195. The law is regulated by DORA: the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. On and after July 1, 2022, an individual is prohibited from practicing as a radon measurement professional or radon mitigation professional unless the individual is licensed by the director of the division of professions and occupations in the department of regulatory agencies.

On April 3, 2023 the Board of County Commissioners adopted revised regulations for approving and operating Short-Term Rentals in the unincorporated portions of Larimer County, including the Estes Valley. These regulations will be post on-line prior to the effective date of June 1, 2023.
