Country Club Estates - Drainage Project
Larimer County Engineering and our consultant, Ayres Associates, have designed a localized drainage improvement project within the Country Club Estates subdivision along Longview Drive and Hillside Drive. The project will help mitigate the water seepage and resulting infrastructure and safety impacts to the homes and streets in the area. A Local Improvement District (Hillside Drive LID #2019-2) has been created by the Larimer County Board of County Commissioners to generate funds from five impacted properties for partial financial participation in the project's construction cost.
Federal Compliance
There are a variety of compliance requirements for construction projects when federal dollars are incorporated.
Freedom Parkway Access Control Plan
Freedom Parkway is a key east-west corridor south of, and parallel to, US 34 connecting several local jurisdictions running from CR 7 near the Loveland-Johnstown boundary in Larimer County 25 miles east to Weld CR 49 near Kersey. The purpose of the Freedom Parkway Access Control Plan is to maintain and enhance the safety and mobility of the corridor while also providing reasonable access to adjoining properties. It was adopted during the Fall of 2018 along with Intergovernmental agreements (IGA) among the various local governments that are along the corridor.
