Submit Public Comment Regarding Oil & Gas Regulations 

The deadline for written comments on the current public draft is June 28, 2021.  Any written comments received by the June 28 , 2021 deadline will be considered during the staff preparation of the final hearing draft (June 28-July 9, 2021).

All written comments received by July 12, 2021 will be included in the information packet to be provided to the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners for their consideration during the Public Hearings.

Public hearings for consideration to adopt new oil and gas regulations for Larimer County will be conducted both virtually and in-person.  To observe or participate in the public hearing please consider the following:
  • In-Person attendance will be in the County Commissioners Hearing Room on the 1st Floor of the Larimer Courthouse Offices Building at 200 West Oak Street, Fort Collins, Colorado.
  • Virtual attendance and comment will be via ZOOM and requires registration by clicking on hearing registration above
  • Virtual attendance without making comment can be accomplished by registering to attend on Zoom or by viewing on Larimer.org/broadcast
