Draft Oil & Gas Regulations
On March 23, 2020 the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on proposed oil and gas regulations for Larimer County. At this hearing the Board of County Commissioners will hear from staff, take public comment and make a decision regarding the proposed regulations. The Board has several options they could decide upon, which include:
- Approval of the regulations as presented,
- Approval of the regulations with modifications,
- Denial of the regulations, or
- Tabling of the hearing for further consideration at a later date.
This is an open hearing and the public will be allowed two (2) minutes each to make comments.
