This is a performance issue recognized by Ultipro. Their Development Team is working on solving the issue. If you get this message, continue to hit the Submit button until you successfully complete the task. If you continue to experience this problem, contact the Payroll or Recruiting teams.

  • Employees must enter hours on each individual days. Hours can’t be entered on summary.
  • Exempt employees’ scheduled time doesn’t autofill in mobile app until they enter an initial time entry.
  • Unable to enter Comments when entering time in mobile app.

The pay codes you see are determined by the access group to which you are assigned. These access groups are currently being reviewed and updated. In the meantime, ignore any codes that your department doesn't use or that don't apply to you.

This is the same in the desktop version of Ultipro. Since historical information prior to 2017 was not brought over to Ultipro, your hire date will show the job title and salary you had at the time we went live with Ultipro in 2018. Full historical information is kept in OnBase.

When you submit your timesheet on your computer, you have the option of "Unsubmitting" and making changes until your manager approves the timesheet. However, in the mobile app, once you have submitted the timesheet and clicked on the "I certify that this timesheet is correct" button, you are not able to unsubmit or make any changes from the mobile app. You can go to your computer to unsubmit the timesheet; this will then allow you to make changes on your computer or the mobile app.

FAQs

  1. Models older than the Android 5 and iPhone 5 are not supported. The mobile app may work on older models, but there are no guarantees that all features will work and they are not supported by Ultipro.

  2. No, updates should happen automatically if you have your phone set to auto-update.  If you have turned off the auto-update function, you can get updates in the App store. Updates occur every Thursday night to Friday morning.

  3. Yes, you can add multiple pay codes for the same day. You would select the day, click on Add Time, select the first Pay Code, enter the number of hours, enter Labor Metrics and click Submit. You would then select the same day, click on Add Time again, select the second Pay Code and enter the number of hours. Repeat as needed.

  4. Unfortunately, the Timesheet Comments are currently not available in the mobile app, either to enter or view. This is a feature that Ultipro has planned for development so stay tuned.

  5. Yes, all roles, access groups and supervisor assignments will be the same in the mobile app as in the desktop version.
