Special Message from the CareerRise/inCompass Team:
Keeping our customers & staff safe & healthy is at the heart of all we do at Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (LCEWD).
To meet that purpose, we want to let you know that we have instituted changes to meet the emerging challenges associated with COVID-19 (also referred to as the novel coronavirus). LCEWD continues to provide job seeker & employer services & will continue to do so unless directed otherwise by the Larimer County Board of County Commissioners.

The inCompass Program is amending its service delivery to accommodate changing conditions. We are actively limiting face-to-face interactions & in-person services to create a safe & sustainable working environment.

Therefore,  we have moved all in-person orientations, program eligibility determinations & service appointments to an online/virtual format.

Interested youth & young adults are asked to complete the interest form below which will prompt an invitation to view an online orientation &,  if interested, complete an online program application.  One of our team members will then reach out with instructions on next steps, with Veterans &/or eligible spouses taking first priority of service.

Thank you for your patience & understanding as we continuously adapt our services to meet the needs of our community!

If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to let us know! (970) 498-6608 or careerrise@larimer.org

Stay healthy!

  • Intensive career guidance & employment support

The inCompass program is funded through the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA). WIOA Complaint & Grievance Procedures
