A Collaborative Effort Prioritizing and Planning for a Healthy Community

Larimer County Department of Health and Environment is hosting the Healthy Larimer Summit 2018: A Collaborative Effort Prioritizing and Planning for a Healthy Community on Wednesday January 24th at The Ranch Events Complex.  The Summit will bring together leaders across various sectors of the community to network, explore community health data, learn about ongoing efforts in the community, and work together to prioritize the strategic directions of the Larimer County Community Health Improvement Plan.

For the 2018 Plan, LCDHE is focused on data informed decisions and input from diverse sectors and geographies in our county to include many voices in the prioritization process for the action areas for the Community Health Improvement Plan. This Summit serves as a launching point for the development of a detailed five-year plan utilizing new and existing partnerships to achieve a unified goal. The 2018 Community Health Improvement Plan will focus on priorities identified during this Health Summit. These priorities will be identified through presentations and facilitated discussions around the most pressing needs of our community. Additionally, a significant amount of time will be dedicated to allowing all attendees to network with and learn from one another.
