Drop-offs for New Entry Clients:

New clients entering the Residential program may have one property drop-off at the facility within their first week of entry during the designated Drop-off Times listed below.  Per the Guidebook, this entry property should be no more than 7 - 10 days worth of property.  Any exceptions to these rules must be cleared with program staff.  (See below for more Rules that Apply to All Property Drop-offs.)

Drop-offs for Clients with No Community Access and Treatment Clients:
After the first week of entry, drop-offs are limited to clients with no community access and Treatment clients only (clients with community access will not be allowed to receive drop-offs as they are able to leave the facility to obtain property as permitted by staff).  The following rules for these property drop-offs will be enforced:
  • These clients may receive only one drop-off per week (starting Sunday, ending Saturday) and it must occur during the designated Drop-off Times listed below.
  • Drop-offs must be in one small plastic grocery bag, non-sealed, with a reasonable amount of items.  Overstuffed or sealed bags will not be accepted.  (See below for more Rules that Apply to All Property Drop-offs.)
Rules that Apply to All Property Drop-offs:
  • You are only able to drop property off for one resident per drop off time.
  • Please ensure that any property dropped off is allowed (please see page 3 of the Resident Guidebook). Any property in excess of what is allowed will be turned away. Any drop-offs not adhering to the guidebook standards will be turned away (or disposed of).
  • In addition, anyone dropping items off for residents must present an ID to staff and sign a form stating that they understand that attempting to introduce dangerous contraband into a correctional facility could result in a felony charge.
