This option is available for all taxpayers owning property in Larimer County. All that is required to sign up for this notification is your “email ID number” located on your prior property tax statement, and an email address. Colorado State Statutes were recently changed to allow distribution of electronic tax statements and the Larimer County Treasurer has committed to ensure property owners are able to take advantage of this benefit. Currently, 350 property owners have signed up for this service with Larimer County.
