Larimer County Coroner is releasing the identification of the male and female deceased in residence in 3300 block of Cuchara Court, Loveland.

The male is identified as Samuel Harding, age 60 of Loveland, CO.  

The female is identified as Tammy Pierce, age 59 of Loveland, CO.

Forensic autopsies were conducted by Larimer County Coroner, James A Wilkerson IV, MD.

The manner and cause of death will be released at a later date by the Larimer County Coroner Office.

Andrzej Baginski died in a motor vehicle accident on October 17, 2019 on I-25 at mile marker 266, Fort Collins,  Larimer County.  

Based on the investigation and autopsy findings the cause of death is positional asphyxiation due to being entrapped upside down in the cab of a motor vehicle following a rollover type crash.  Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease may have been a contributing factor.  Manner of death is Accident.

On 11/05/19, the Larimer County Medical Examiner's Office responded to Medical Center of the Rockies Emergency Department for a child that had been struck by a vehicle that morning. 

Vale Wolkow, age 6, was pronounced dead in the ED at 1004. An autopsy was performed on 11/07/19 by Larimer County Coroner, James A. Wilkerson IV, MD with results listed below. 

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt Force Injuries

Manner of Death: Accident

No further information will be released by our office. We ask that you please respect the family's privacy during this tragedy.

On October 17, 2019 there was a motor vehicle accident on I-25 at MM 266 resulting in the death of one person.

The decedent is identified as Andrzej Baginski, age 52 of Chicago, Illinois.  Mr. Baginski is a commercial truck driver.

Manner and Cause of Death are pending review of microscopic histological samples to rule out a cardiac event.

Larimer County Coroner will release followup press release with manner and cause of death when determined.

On October 11, Larimer County Coroner's Office responded to Medical Center of the Rockies for a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.  The decedent was identified as Marvin Hernandez, age 23, of Fort Collins.

An autopsy was performed by J. A. Wilkerson IV, MD on October 14.
