On October 8, 2018 there was a Larimer County Sheriff's Office Officer involved shooting at CR66 and NE Frontage Road, Wellington, Colorado.

The male was transported to Medical Center of the Rockies where he died on October 9, 2018 at 4:54 pm.

The decedent has positively been identified as Travis W. Craven, Age 25 of Greeley, Colorado.

A forensic autopsy was performed by James A. Wilkerson, IV, MD, Larimer County Coroner

Manner of death:  Homicide

Cause of death:  Multiple gunshot wounds

As part of a triennial process of adopting the most current building codes, the Larimer County Building Division is proposing adoption of the 2018 International Codes with local amendments, to replace our 2015 codes. 

Developed with the help of a public-private Code Review Committee, the code amendments are going to be heard by the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners this Fall, and are proposed to take effect January 1, 2019.

On October 6, 2018 a motorcycle accident occurred at the intersection of College Avenue and Mason Street, Fort Collins, Colorado.   The female passenger was transported to Medical Center of the Rockies where she died a short time later.

The decedent has been identified as Danielle Scheideman, age 37 of Loveland, Colorado.

An autopsy was performed.  Manner of death is Accident, Cause of death is Multiple Blunt Force Injuries.

Larimer County Coroner Office responded to a death scene on October 1, 2018 in the 3000 block of Blue Leaf Court, Fort Collins, Colorado

The decedent has been identified as Greg G. Baker, age 60 of Fort Collins.

A forensic autopsy was performed.  Manner of death is Homicide.  Cause of death is Gunshot wound of the chest.

No other information will be released.
