Motor Vehicle Fatality - May 20, 2022

On May 20, 2022, a motor vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of 42nd Street SE and South Lincoln Avenue in Loveland, Colorado. The driver was transported to Medical Center of the Rockies where he died.


The decedent has been identified as Brian J. Ouellette, 58, of Jacksonville, North Carolina.

A forensic autopsy was performed by Larimer County Coroner James A. Wilkerson, IV, M.D. 

Dr. Wilkerson has ruled that the Manner of Death is Accident and the Cause of Death is Multiple Blunt Force Injuries
