Larimer County Offices, Courts, District Attorney, and Landfill will be closed on Nov. 26, 2020, for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Larimer County Offices will remain closed on Nov. 27, 2020, but the Courts, District Attorney, and Landfill will be open. Critical county services are not disrupted by closures.

After careful monitoring and assessment, Larimer County Natural Resources' Reservoir Park and Open Space closures have been released effective today, Friday, October 23.

The following areas are OPEN for public access:

  • Devil’s Backbone Open Space
  • Blue Sky Trail
  • Horsetooth Reservoir – South Bay only; boating and camping (current reservations); day-use areas (Sunrise, Rotary, Skyline)
  • Prairie Ridge Natural Area
  • Horsetooth Mountain Open Space
  • Flatiron & Pinewood Reservoir

Due to nearby evacuation orders and in consideration of the safety of visitors and staff, the following properties are CLOSED for public access:

  • Hermit Park Open Space
