Delinquent property tax statements for the property tax year 2019 payable in 2020 will hit mail boxes this week. Taxpayers that submitted payment after July 27, 2020 might still receive a delinquent statement in the mail due to the printing and mailing process.

On July 10, 2020, Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to a death scene in Loveland, Colorado. Allen M. Ginsborg, age 59 of Loveland, Colorado was found East of Lon Hagler Reservoir. A forensic autopsy was performed by James A. Wilkerson, IV, MD, Larimer County Coroner. Date of death was determined to be July 6, 2020.

The decedent is identified as Jeremy S. Parks, age 45 of Fort Collins, Colorado.

The Colorado Legislature again has funded the Colorado Senior Property Tax Exemption for the 2020 tax year. “This is an important exemption for over 16,000 seniors living in Larimer County on a limited income, says Larimer County Assessor Bob Overbeck. It makes a big difference in their finances.”
