New agenda management system: all documents in one place
A new online agenda management system available in late May will allow anyone to find all the documents and items in in one place that are discussed by the Board of Larimer County Commissioners at their public meetings.
Visitors using the new system also have the option to follow along during their public meetings and locate the specific documents being discussed in real time. The documents will also be ‘clickable’ and ADA accessible for those with disabilities.
Starting May 26th, visitors to https://www.larimer.org/bocc/commissioners-meetings/internet-broadcasts-commissioners-meetings#/uws/ will be able to locate all agendas, work sessions, minutes, complete documents, and videos of the Board of County Commissioners including their regular weekly Administrative Matters meetings. The documents will be viewable in their entirety --- not just a title.
Later this year, all Larimer County Boards and Commissions meetings will also be migrated to the new agenda system with the same features. A new subscription service is also being started that notifies subscribers of all agenda postings.
The new system is being launched to enhance the transparency of conducting public business and decisions, plus increasing information access to citizens.
