To protect public and employee health and lessen possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus, walk-in services at the Larimer County Assessor’s Office will not be available from March 18, 2020 until further notice.

The Assessor’s Office will remain staffed and continue serving residents via phone, email, and online tools.

Visit the Assessor’s forms webpage at https://www.larimer.org/assessor/forms to access and print any forms needed to conduct business. Residents who can’t print the forms or access the website can call [970] 498-7050 to have the form sent via U.S. Mail.

For personal property and oil and gas declarations, online filing is available at https://apps.larimer.org/assessor/personal_property/detail_entry.cfm. Paper forms are available on the forms webpage and can be faxed to [970] 498-7070, or by mail to 200 W. Oak St., P.O. Box 1190, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522.

Senior Exemption and Veteran Exemption applications are also available on the forms webpage. Because of confidential information, they must be mailed to the Assessor’s Office 200 W. Oak St., P.O. Box 1190, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522.

For the forms Affidavit of Real Property and Request to Purge Manufactured Home, please access the form online and then email the completed form to lcassessor@larimer.org.

For change of mailing address, please complete the form online at https://apps.larimer.org/info/address_change.cfm or mail a written request.

For general valuation and mill levy questions, please access the Property Search at https://www.larimer.org/assessor/search#/property/

Assessor office hours are the same during this health crisis Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., via the public's phones calls, email and postal mail.
