We want to thank everyone who took the time to fill out the 2019 Employee Survey, and your willingness to use our new survey tool. We had over 1300 employees (roughly 60%) participate and we were able to gain some good insight through your responses.

With that said, we’re excited to share the 2019 Employee Survey results.

As you look through the summary, please note that our results show two parts.

  • In the first part, you’ll notice that questions were tied to specific Guiding Principles, with management having its own section. We shared both the highest and lowest scoring statements tied to that metric.
  • In the second part, we were able to use Perception’s artificial intelligence to interpret employee comments. Xander, Perception’s name for their artificial intelligence tool, was able to identify the top themes discussed by employees and how employees felt about those themes.

We’re excited to share this valuable information as it helps us identify where our strengths are as an organization and where there is room for growth.

Overall, 86% of Larimer County employees agree that Larimer County is a great place to work!

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey results, please reach out to either Marcy Hamilton, Jennifer Glover, or your department's generalist.
