Larimer County Offices, Courts, and District Attorney will be closed on February 17, 2020, in observance of the Presidents’ Day holiday. The Larimer County Landfill will be open. Critical services at Larimer County are not disrupted by closures.

On Tuesday, August 27th, 2019, at about 10 p.m., deputies and investigators from the Larimer County Sheriff's Office contacted an adult female who had multiple outstanding Felony Warrants in the 3800-block of Richmond Drive in Fort Collins.

The woman, Brooke Oakley (2/17/93) fled from deputies in a pickup truck, drove to the dead-end of Richmond Drive, through a residential fence, and struck a home in the 1100-block of Wabash Street moments later.

The vehicle entered the home and injured an adult female inside. Both the female and Oakley were transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. No other occupants of the residence or deputies were injured.

A booking photo is not available at the time of this release. Additional charges against Oakley are pending and additional information will be released when it is available.
