On Thursday, 5/9/2019, at approximately 5:11 p.m., the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle collision on the east Frontage Road alongside Northbound I-25 at about mile marker 249, south of the Berthoud Exit. The two involved vehicles were a white GMC truck with a black flatbed and a silver Chevrolet Suburban. One of the vehicles was traveling northbound on the Frontage Road, while the other left Northbound I-25 and crossed the grass median onto the Frontage Road where the two collided. We are asking anyone who saw this collision or who has any information about this incident to call Corporal Steve Wicker at 970-498-5532.

The white GMC was discovered to have been stolen from an agricultural business, and drugs are believed to be a contributing factor in the collision.

The driver of the silver Suburban was an adult female from Mead. She was transported to an area hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the white GMC was Mark Edward Cittadino (1/28/71), who was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries and then booked into the Larimer County Jail on the following allegations:
