In mid-2017, the Northern Colorado Drug Task Force began investigating a well-organized group of repeat offenders who trafficked pounds of Methamphetamine and ounces of Fentanyl and Heroin in Larimer County.  The task force recently executed search warrants in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Northglenn, and Denver and seized illegal narcotics and firearms, including a rifle with a bump stock.

The following individuals have been arrested related to this ongoing investigation:

Charles Dezonia (DOB 02/13/1965)
Michael Derivera (DOB 04/23/1977)
Tyler Wakefield (DOB 09/20/1989)
Jesus Urquiza (DOB 02/09/1988)
Richard Allman DOB 09/14/1980)
Kevin Vadnal (DOB 03/03/1989)
Nathaniel Strom (DOB 09/15/1978)
Chantele Johnston (DOB 07/30/1981)
Lana Volz (DOB 04/18/1987)
Dorothea Dezonia (DOB 01/29/1967)

These suspects face multiple counts of the following allegations:

Organized Crime
Colorado Organized Crime Control Act, a Class Two Felony
Money Laundering, a Class Three Felony
Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering, a Class Four Felony
Special Offender (Source of Income), a Class One Drug Felony 

Narcotics Related Offenses
Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substances, a Class One Drug Felony
Special Offender (Source of Income), a Class One Drug Felony
Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substances, a Class One Drug Felony
Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substances, a Class Two Drug Felony
Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substances, a Class Three Drug Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance, a Class Four Drug Felony
Introduction of Contraband, a Class Four Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Drug Petty Offense

Weapons Offenses
Weapon Possession by Previous Offender, a Class Six Felony
Possession of an Illegal Weapon, a Class One Misdemeanor

Other Offenses
Habitual Criminal, a sentencing enhancer
Attempt to Influence a Public Servant, a Class Four Felony
Violation of Bail Bond Conditions, a Class Six Felony
Child Abuse, a Class Two Misdemeanor
Parole Violation / Revocation

The charges are merely an accusation and the defendants are presumed innocent until, and unless, proven guilty.
