Upcycled Bird Feeder Workshop, for grade school [No School for TSD], 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., March 2, 2018 – Learn about the many birds that visit the Larimer County Landfill. You’ll be able to identify and enjoy wildlife at home. In this free class, you’ll make a bird feeder from upcycled materials.

Shabby Chic Jewelry Class, for teens, adults and seniors, 12:30 p.m. – 2 p.m., March 7, and March 21, 2018 – Tour the Garbage Garage, followed by a free jewelry class. You will get to make a fashionable bracelet from upcycled items at this free workshop.

Build a Worm Bin Workshop, for teens, adults and seniors, 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., March 8, and March 22, 2018 – Learn all about worm composting and build your own worm bin. You’ll be able to responsibly dispose of your food scraps after this free class.

'Get Your Paint on' Class, ages 5 and up. Note: Space is limited. [Spring Break for PSD and TSD], March 13, 14, 15, and 16, 2018 – You’ll take a tour of the Garbage Garage, learning about waste and recycling, followed by a step-by-step painting class. Allow up to two hours for this free event. Registration and parental guidance required.
