A new notification service for Larimer County residents who record documents starts today. Recording Activity Notification [RAN] is an electronic notification service that allows Larimer County residents to create and receive an email alert notification when a document is recorded in their name.

The Board of Larimer County Commissioners voted 3-0 to adopt the 2024 Larimer County Budget on Thursday, December 14.  The 2024 Budget includes $629 million in gross expenditures planned for the coming year.
