Northern Integrated Supply Project (NISP) Public Testimony Registration

Beginning on August 24th, the public will be able to provide testimony in person (up to 50 members of the public in the room at one time based on preregistration) OR via TV and remote audio options.

Individual Testimony Registration Form

If you are a member of the public and would like to observe the presentations on August 17th, the event will be live streamed on YouTube here:  https://www.larimer.org/broadcast

Tentatively beginning on August 24, 2020, the public will able to provide testimony either via remote options OR in person (up to 50 members of the public in the room at one time based on pre-registration and the Larimer County Health Department guidelines in effect at the time of the meeting).

Commissioner Johnson, Chairman, notes that each member of the public will have 3-minutes to speak with no lending, borrowing, or grouping of time. If a group wishes to make a presentation longer than 3 minutes, individuals may sign-up together in order and all be present at one of the sessions to keep a contiguous presentation going and each person may speak for three minutes. For proper planning, this will need to be communicated at least 1 week before the hearing to the Community Development Director so we can most smoothly facilitate your group presentation.

Our goal is to facilitate public input safely according to health department guidelines.  We encourage residents, especially persons with health vulnerabilities, to submit written comments in advance so they may be read and studied by the Commissioners.

** The registration to sign-up to speak will be available at noon on August 3rd.
