Statement of Purpose
Collaboratively work to create healthier communities by:

  • Collecting and analyzing data to better understand community needs related to the BE, and more specifically local disparities that may exist
  • Creating materials or tools  to educate decision makers and the public to better understand how policies benefit/hinder community well-being
  • Sharing best practice as it relates to prioritization, data collection, and communicating data to ensure we can achieve above

Current work

  • Collaborating with agencies and organizations to collect and disseminate data
  • Determine ways to use data to validate and expose infrastructure inconsistencies

Who should get involved?
Any person who is interested in the power of data to tell a community’s story is welcome to join; any professional in Larimer County who commonly uses data for work or has access to datasets is welcomed, as well.

  • The metropolitan planning organization (North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization)
  • Education: Colorado State University Parking Services, Thompson School District Safe Routes to School, Bike Fort Collins Safe Routes to School
  • Community members on a variety of advocacy boards (Transportation Advisory Board Loveland)
