Keeping our customers and staff safe and healthy is at the heart of all we do at Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (LCEWD).  In doing our part to to reduce the spread of COVID-19, and in compliance with local and state expert guidance, we are serving customers via telephone, email, online, and through limited on-site appointments for our computer lab.

Our computer lab and other resources (fax, copier, and phone) will be available, on an appointment only basis.   Please call 970.498.6600 or email us at to schedule a one-hour time slot.  Customers without a pre-scheduled appointment may not have access to the computer lab.

Important to know when using our computer lab:

  • For safety reasons we are requiring customers to wear a mask while in our office.  We can provide you with a mask.
  • The computer and other resources (fax, copier, phone) are available for one-hour appointments for job search activities.
  • To adhere to social distancing requirements; staff assistance will be limited.

Now accepting applications for 2021 Water & Energy Corpsmembers

LCCC is seeking young adults, between the ages of 18 and 25, to serve in our seasonal Water & Energy program.  Positions are full-time, temporary from January 4, 2021 - May 21, 2021.  

Throughout the season corpsmembers

  • Receive the necessary training to carry out water and energy services.
  • Perform home efficiency assessments and services in the community both in-person and virtually
  • Participate in activities promoting personal and professional development, environmental awareness and community engagement.

Upon successful completion of the program, corpsmembers may be eligible to receive a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award.

COVID-19: Larimer County Moves to Level Red on November 24, 2020

In response to recent increases in COVID-19 case rates, test positivity and hospitalizations,  Larimer County will move to the red level of the State of Colorado's COVID-19 restrictions to help slow the spread of the virus in Larimer County.  .  

The change goes into effect at 5 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2020.   This change will impact residents and businesses

“We are at a critical juncture with our community response and we are asking all our residents to increase their diligence and limit their interactions in the community,” said Tom Gonzales, Larimer County Public Health Director.
