Virtual Family Meeting Series
The Larimer County Office on Aging has partnered with the Northern Colorado Culture Change Coalition (N4C) to host a series of virtual discussions to connect families with local ombudsman and long-term care providers. These meetings will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. bi-monthly and will discuss a range of topics such as Alzheimer resources and elder abuse / neglect reporting. More information can be found here.
