Mental Health First Aid is a public education training that introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of a developing mental illness including anxiety, depression, substance use, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and schizophrenia.  Enroll today in order to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health related crisis or problem, and understand the health information and services needed to make appropriate decisions and seek care.
