Larimer County 4-H is home to the largest 4-H program in Colorado. Youth participate in fun, hands-on learning activities supported by the latest research-based curriculum from Colorado State University. Participation in 4-H assists youth in developing leadership, responsibility, citizenship, and life skills through experiential learning.

With support of caring volunteer adults, youth select project(s) from areas that interest them most: Baking…Woodworking…Entomology…Livestock. There are too many to list here, but see for yourself on our website, LarimerExtension.org. By participating and completing projects, youth develop skills such as decision-making, problem-solving, and organization. 4-H is a phenomenal opportunity for youth and it is available throughout our county.
