Crisis Communication Planning: How to Prepare for Anything

This workshop provides advance materials for preparing for the workshop as well as post-workshop materials that you can use in your organization's planning. A Zoom link will be sent to you prior to the event. 

When do many organizations think about developing a crisis communication plan? Immediately after a crisis. The best time to prepare for worst-case scenarios is right now, during crisis. Preparing for what's next is crucial. 

Participants in this workshop will learn:

  • Fundamental policies and procedures for any kind of disaster situation.
  • How to address loss of business … and even loss of life.
  • What your entire workforce expects from leadership in a crisis and what it takes to meet those expectations.
