Class Time: 2 hours

Attendance Requirement: Minimum 7, Maximum 24

Who Should Attend? managers/supervisors, business owners

Employees bring some ‘interesting’ behaviors to work, and leaders are the ones who end up having to deal with them. But it isn’t easy, and often we avoid addressing these behaviors because we don’t really know what to say or how to say it. Unfortunately, avoidance can discourage your top-performing employees. During this session, participants will learn the steps to take to address these difficult issues.

Learning Objectives:

  • How to identify behaviors that need to be addressed
  • Steps to addressing problem behaviors
  • How to know when behaviors call for firing the employee
