Behavioral Health Policy Council (BHPC)
Dedicated to improving the behavioral health of all residents of Larimer County, this group is made up of eight elected officials, six at-large members, and a Commissioner liaison. Their work fosters regional coordination, communication, and countywide partnerships to ensure continued community engagement and the equitable distribution of annual grant funds to organizations around the County.

Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
Made up of professionals in the behavioral health field, members work together to improve outcomes, identify current gaps in community behavioral health care and develop annual funding recommendations for the BHS Impact Fund Grant Program.

Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC)
This workgroup consists of members who bring their personal experience and expertise, alongside the TAC, to identify gaps in available care and suggest ways to improve the quality of accessible and affordable care and appropriate services.
