Larimer County, City of Loveland, Town of Windsor and the Colorado Department of Transportation have completed the draft of a collaborative transportation overview of Larimer County Road 5 from Crossroads Boulevard to State Highway 392.

The work was completed because the corridor is along a jurisdictional boundary with control and maintenance varying between the local entities. A consensus regarding the corridor provides a consistent framework from which to plan for the future.

Long Term Overview

Work included identifying long term future roadway classification and components (an ultimate 4-lane roadway), reviewing access, incorporating public input, and analyzing special event traffic.
