The Regional Economic Development Partnership is a coalition of economic development professionals working to support the economic vitality of Northern Colorado. The partnership is comprised of individuals from municipal economic development offices, regional non-profit economic development organizations and educational institutions.

Established in 2014, the partnership serves as a regional think tank on economic, workforce and community issues impacting our communities.

Code of Ethics

In 2016 the partnership signed a Code of Ethics clearly defining the rules of engagement for our region, stating how the economic development community with operate and agreeing to promote the entire Northern Colorado area. This level of regional cooperation is necessary as Larimer County and surrounding areas continue to thrive in a rapidly changing economic environment.

 

Business Retention and Expansion

Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) is a community-based program that engages communities to examine the local business situation, interpret the information collected, and purposefully plan to strengthen ability of the community to understand local business needs and to positively respond.

Larimer County’s Economic Development initiative is to diversify the economic base and create quality jobs that provide the framework to enhance the continued growth and success of local existing companies.
