Use this form to report a Missing Person. Please provide contact information so that our Offices can contact you if we obtain information on the Missing Person.
NOTE: If you would like to report a missing person, a formal report must be made to the law enforcement agency which has jurisdiction where the missing person last lived. For example, if a person has a home address in Cheyenne, WY, you would report that person missing to the Cheyenne Police Department. If you believe this missing person may have traveled to Larimer County, the missing persons report must still be made to the originating investigative agency.
