Code Compliance Division Service Changes During the COVID-19 Emergency

Code Compliance 

The Community Development front counter and offices are open but staff is highly encouraging all documents for pick up or submittal be done via mail or electronically.  We have a bucket labeled "building" for drop off submittals located in the 3rd floor lobby.  Please place submittals in the “drop off” bucket and mark the submittals with the appropriate code compliance officer.

Any complaints regarding compliance issues with the Safer-at-Home Level Red Order issued by the Larimer County Health Department on November 24, 2020 will be handled by the Health Department compliance team. A complaint can be filed at:  https://www.larimer.gov/health/communicable-disease/coronavirus-covid-19 by clicking on the “Larimer County Community Concern Form” box.  (Second box down on the right).

Code Compliance complaints regarding the Land Use Code or Building Codes will be responded to as time and resources are available.
