As of 5/15/2020, Colorado Emissions Stations are open at limited locations. We understand that because of the large number of vehicles needing a test, the wait times at the stations may be longer than normal. Please review the information on their website for current status and plan your visit accordingly.

Option 1 - EMAIL

We are here to help during this difficult time!  You can send us an email 24 hours a day at plates@larimer.org.  A technician will respond to help you with your vehicle licensing questions or give you guidance to complete your specific transactions.

Option 2 - PHONE

Our recommended service is by phone.  There are many processes you can accomplish over the phone.  Phone hours have been extended from 8:00am-7:00pm, Monday - Friday, call (970) 680-1500, option 5.  Staff is ready to assist you with your transactions. Your patience is appreciated — hold times may be a bit longer as call volumes rise.
