Past Statistics

*Denotes a Mail Ballot election.

Pursuant to Colorado Election Code of the Colorado Revised Statutes (HB13-1303), all Elections in Colorado are conducted as Mail Ballot Elections beginning with the 2013 Coordinated Election. Early Voting at Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs) allows voters to drop off their voted ballot, obtain a replacement ballot, change their address or register to vote. 
**Vote Centers were used for the first time in 2003. Prior to 2003, Larimer County used traditional precinct polling places. Vote Centers were replaced with VSPCs in 2013.

***Voter Service and Polling Centers were adopted into the Colorado Election Code of the Colorado Revised Statutes by the Sixty-Ninth Colorado Assembly (HB13-1303) and first used in the 2013 Coordinated Election.

****Prior to 2013, Early Voting did not include voting on Election Day but voting at VSPCs includes Early Voting and Election Day voting.

Provisional ballots were implemented in 2002. A Provisional ballot is issued when a voter claiming to be properly registered but whose qualification or entitlement to vote cannot be immediately established.

Primary elections are held the last Tuesday in June of each even-numbered year.

General elections are held the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in even-numbered year.

Coordinated elections are held the first Tuesday in November in odd-numbered years.
