DRC Updates & Changes

DRC - new hours effective January 2, 2021:

DRC Loveland: open Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (men UAs) 4:30 PM (female UAs).  

810 E. 10th St, Loveland, CO.  

DRC Fort Collins: Monday through Friday: 10 AM - 6:45 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM.

Masks/face coverings will be required to enter DRC beginning 5/4/2020. Per Larimer County Public Health guidance, masks or face coverings are required to enter public buildings. Community members who do not comply may be turned away. 

DRC reserves the right to turn away clients who present at DRC with a fever or flu like symptoms.  Thank you for your cooperation.


The continued health and safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority.  We are closely watching the local situation in respect to COVID-19 and we will follow recommendations issued by the Larimer County Health Dept and other local authorities.  With that in mind, if you are experiencing flu like symptoms, do not come into DRC to take a substance monitoring test.  Please contact your Probation Officer, Pretrial Case Manager, DHS Case Worker, or other supervising agency and inform them of the reasons that you did not test. 

Day Reporting Center

The Day Reporting Center (DRC) is a substance testing and sample collection center.

*All clients wishing to submit a UA test must have all paperwork completed by 6:45 pm.

Basic Testing Fees*

  • BA = $2
  • UA (7 panel) = $12
  • UA (7 panel + ETG) = $15
  • ETG-Only UA = $15
  • UA Confirmation = $20
  • Quick-Test UA = $10
  • Hair Test = $65

*Fees can vary by referring agency.

Other types of UA testing available, including spice, designer stimulants and other substances.  Contact DRC for more information on availability and fees for additional testing services.



Payment is expected at the time of service.  DRC accepts CASH ONLY.  DRC does not accept coins and has limited ability to make change.  To increase our ability to serve you quickly, please bring exact payment.

  • Clients are required to have photo identification to complete any service at DRC.
  • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Clients are limited to 4 attempts per day for UA testing. There is a required 30-minute waiting period between each attempt. All UA testing must be completed by close of business each day.
  • DRC staff reserves the right to refuse service to any client based upon inappropriate dress (no revealing clothing or clothing with inappropriate language/pictures, including references to drugs and or alcohol) or behavior, non-payment of services, or a lack of proper photo identification (state issued IDs and passports are acceptable).
  • DRC staff is not responsible for unattended children. Children are not permitted in the UA bathrooms. Clients should not leave their children unattended in the DRC lobby at any time.
