The Applicant Resource Page was created to help you find the materials you need to successfully apply for funding through the 2021 Impact Fund Grant Program. Although our new online grant system (hosted by SmartSimple) streamlines the application experience and allows you to save and edit, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the process before you log in. 

Before You Begin
Please review the following documents prior to beginning your application:

Applicant Workshop
Although the virtual workshops are over, you can now view the presentation at your convenience. During the presentation, we walk you through the application process, introduce our new grant system, and answer questions about applying for grant funding.

Required Application Documents
The following documents are required as a part of the application submittal process

• W-9 (2018 form or later)
• Annual Operating Budget
• Most recent audited financial statement and most current financial statement

Where applicable:

• 501(c)(3): IRS Public Charity Letter
• EIN Verification Letter
• Fiscal Sponsor agreement/designation

Additional Support

• Budget Worksheet: This Excel worksheet allows you to input your budget, calculate revenue and expenses, and plan your project spending.

All applications must be submitted through our online system which provides one point of entry for all grant funding opportunities: Gary A. Darling Grant, 2021 Targeted Grants, and Responsive Grant funding.
