To protect public and employee health and lessen possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus, there will be limited walk-in services at the Larimer County Assessor’s Office until further notice. The Assessor’s Office will remain staffed and continue serving residents via phone, email, and online tools. Temporarily we are available by phone 7:30-4:30, and for walk-in service 8-4:30 (Monday - Friday).

The County Assessor is responsible for valuing all real and personal property, including mobile homes, residential and commercial properties and agricultural land for property tax purposes. The Assessor determines the equitable value of property to ensure that each taxpayer pays only his or her fair share of the taxes.
NOTE: Property details, sales search information and protesting online is free of charge. If you are being asked to pay a fee online, please report the details to our office or the county webmaster directly.
