Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)
The Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) helps Coloradans pay a part of their home heating costs. The program aims to help reduce some of the burdens associated with a cold Colorado winter. This may include assistance with heating costs, equipment repair and/or replacement of inoperable heating tools.
All LEAP applications for Larimer County are handled through Goodwill of Colorado. Larimer County Department of Human Services staff can only help collect county resident's applications. If you have questions or issues, contact Goodwill of Colorado.
