QHow do I rent one of the facilities at The Ranch?
AIf you are interested in the Budweiser Events Center, call Rick Hontz at 970-619-4105. All other facility inquiries should be directed to Tara Nichols at 970-619-4000.

QWho is Global Spectrum and what is their role at The Ranch?
AGlobal Spectrum has been contracted by Larimer County to operate the Budweiser Events Center on a day-to-day basis. They will work with the community and their network contacts to bring various events, both local and national, to the Budweiser Events Center. All revenues received by the Budweiser Events Center is public money and Larimer County maintains all final rights to the revenues and types of events which occur in the facility. All other facilities on the complex are managed by the staff of the Larimer County Fairgrounds.
QWhat is your cancellation policy?
AAfter the contract is signed, an event may be terminated by either party upon the giving of 60 days written notice. If terminated less than 60 days from event, Promoter agrees to pay Larimer County 50% of scheduled rental fees. If terminated less than 14 days from event, Promoter agrees to pay Larimer County 100% of scheduled rental fees.
QDo you require a deposit?
AA $100 contract deposit fee is due upon contract signing. The contract deposit fee will be credited to rental fee. Rental fee and final settlement charges must be paid with in ten calendar days of last day of event. Promoter shall also pay for any utilities or other services provided for its use of the facility over and above the level normally provided by the facility.
QCan nonprofits do fundraising at The Ranch?
AAbsolutely! The Ranch will have many different ways to raise money through concessions, parking operations, etc. For additional information please contact 970-619-4000.
Q What type of catering is available?
AAll catering and concessions is done in-house through Ovations. No outside food vendors, beverage vendors, concessions or caterers allowed. For more information and details, call Ovations at 970-619-4055.
QDo you allow alcohol?
AIn accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of Colorado, it is against the law for a tenant, exhibitor or patron to bring alcoholic beverages into the building for any purpose. All arrangements for alcoholic beverages must be made through The Ranch and Ovations.
QDo you allow smoking in your facility?
AAll buildings at The Ranch are considered smoke free facilities. Smoking is permitted outside any building.
QHow will parking and concessions be operated?
ALarimer County will retain control of all parking policies and procedures and will vary based on events. Concessions for the complex have been contracted with Ovations. Questions concerning food and beverage, concessions and catering should be directed to Amy Geppi at 970-619-4050.
QWill I have to pay for parking?
APaid parking will be implemented during most ticketed events in the Budweiser Events Center. The cost is $5. Parking costs/programming for other events will be decided on an 'event-by-event' basis.
QHow do I get information on tickets?

QHow do these facilities compare to the old fairgrounds?
AIn terms of size, the new site is approximately 6 times bigger in land mass. The total building square footage is more than double the old site, with over 600,000 square feet in future building planned.
QAre pets allowed at The Ranch?
AAnimals, other than guide, signal or service dogs are not permitted inside the buildings unless the event is animal related.
QIs camping allowed?
AThe Ranch offers limited RV hook-ups (electricity only) and ample spaces for dry camping.
QWhen will the rest of the master-plan be built?
AThe master-plan totals 13 buildings, currently there are six. Future buildings and costs have not been finalized. Larimer County will continue to work to fulfill the master-plan without asking voters for additional funding. The site has 92 acres that have yet to be programmed and the build-out of this land is expected to provide income to fulfill the master-plan.
