Standard Mailing/Notification Lists
"Standard" Mailing/Notification is a specified distance from a selected property. For example: 500 feet from parcel number 89332-81-010 or 500 feet from 200 W Oak Fort Collins.Includes a small map of the selected area with the property addresses and street names labeled. A list of property owners, parcel numbers, and site address, as well as the 1st page of mailing labels, (30 labels per page, owner name and mailing address) there is a fee of $3.00 for each additional page of labels. $3.00 for each additional page on labels (to be determined by Larimer County) *Owner mailing/notification list are also available in digital format (Excel spreadsheet or text file format).
