"Custom" Mailing/Notification is a more involved area of interest than standard. For example: "the area of Drake, Prospect, Taft & Shields" or Section 15 Township 5 Range 69 or a customer selected area.Includes a small map of the selected area with the property addresses and street names labeled. A list of property owners, parcel numbers, and site address, as well as the 1st page of mailing labels, (30 labels per page, owner name and mailing address) there is a fee of $3.00 for each additional page of labels. $3.00 for each additional page on labels (to be determined by Larimer County) *Owner mailing/notification list are also available in digital format (Excel spreadsheet or text file format).
