Description:
We would like to hold a brief wedding ceremony on June 16th, 2012 at 2PM at Sleep Hollow on the Big Thompson River. We plan to have approximately 80 people attending the ceremony, and would plan to carpool to the location to minimize traffic and crowding in the parking lots. We will be setting up chair for the spectators. This chairs will be rented from a 3rd party, setup and broken down after the event.

We have read and understand the Parks and Open Spaces requirements. We understand the fees could be higher for prime time usage and the appropriate notice is required. The fee will be paid according to the payment schedule once the fee amount is determine with the District Manager.We understand the rescheduling and refund guidelines. The event contact person will be myself, Matt Del Margo and I can be reached at (970) 376-6388. In the event of an emergency, we will contact the Big Thompson Canyon Fire Department in Drake,CO at (970)203-0348 as well as the Estes Park Police Department at (970) 586-6149.

I hope this is considered a complete application. Please let me know if I've missed anything or if additional information should be amended.
