Description:
We will teach forestry resrach for eight dates at our five sample plots on towers service road. The dates are all wednesdays from 3:00 - 6:00. We will carpool up to the site with four-wheel drive vehicles and park to the side on the road. we will never have class if the road is wet or icy due to weather conditions.
The times are 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. and the dates are:
September 2 - plant identification
September 9 - forest measurements
September 23 - large mammal inventory
September 30 - dendrochronology
October 8 - fuel loading
October 15 - forest health inventory
October 22 - range inventory
November 18 - forest management
December 2 - forest management

All of our labs are minimum impact to the evnrioement and we practive leave not trace at all times.
