Poudre River Canyon beginning at Stevens Gulch Day Use Area and finishing at Old Town Square, Fort collins.

Description:
Foot race down Poudre River Canyon including marathon, half marathon 10k and 5k distances. Starts at Stevens Gulch Day Use Area, travels down highway 14 to 287. Turns south on 287 to county road 54g. Travels along county road 54g (only road closure) to Laporte where the course picks up the bike path at the LaPorte schools. Travels along bike path to Linden. Turns west on Linden and dead ends into Old Town Square.

Marathon starts at 6:00am and all participants must be completed by 12:30pm. All participants are clear of public roads by 10:00am at which point they are on the bike path.

Details on #toilets, traffic control plans, communications, etc. will be updated as event is closer. Right now, we're just reserving the date.

This is the 9th annual Colorado Marathon.
