Are You a Customer of our Hazardous Waste Program?

Please take our survey so we can serve you better!

The Larimer County Hazardous Waste program is conducting a survey to find out how well our customers’ needs are being met. We are asking you to please participate by filling out this short survey and returning it to us no later than Monday, March 31, 2008. Surveys can be dropped into the box provided at the facility, filled out online or mailed to: HHW Survey, 5887 S. Taft Hill Road, Fort Collins, CO 80526. Your view of this program is valued and important. We encourage you to give us your thoughts, ideas or comments in the space provided at the bottom of the survey. Once the survey ends, the information will be compiled and a report will be available on our website.
